Guest Service Attendant at Winton Country Club
Up to Par Management, LLC is seeking an enthusiastic individual for the position of Guest Service Attendant at Winton Country Club. This person will work with other high-quality professionals and will be primarily responsible for the upkeep of members clubs as well as inventory of golf cars and range balls. Exceptional member service is the main focus at the club.
Responsibilities:
Warmly greet each member
Provide directions for the member, as needed
Comply with and enforce all policies and procedures of the club
Clean golf clubs and prepare them for storage
Keep the bag room and car staging area clean and free from clutter
Deliver golf bags to the golf cart staging area
Meticulously clean all golf cars
Ensure all bags are properly tagged
Ensure there is a fresh supply of towels
Always appear, act, and respond in a professional manner
Keep the front drive area clean and free from debris
Be prepared to relay weather and club event information to the members and guests
Attend mandatory company and/or departmental meetings and trainings
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Ability to lift, push, pull or carry up to 50 pounds
Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, and reach for an extended period of time
Ability to stand for 8-10 hours in a hot environment
Demonstrate proficiency of the English language
Excellent verbal and written communication
Strong reading skills
Ability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidaysEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
